Work we've delivered

Healthcare and commercial installation projects, delivered on live sites and new-build programmes across the UK.

Case study

Luton & Dunstable University Hospital

Installation partner to David Bailey Furniture  ·  Main contractor: Kier

The project

Two new-build blocks — the Acute Services Block over four floors and the New Ward Block over three. A Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 22-bed critical care facility, eight operating theatres, surgical arrivals and recovery, and full maternity services including the delivery suite, a midwifery-led birthing unit and bereavement facilities.

Our scope

23 bespoke bedhead storage units, reception counters with integrated consoles, staff base stations, custom cabinetry and worktops, healthcare curtain tracks, and the full spread of FF&E — grab rails, mirrors, shower seats, drug cupboards, cable management, blinds and racking.

How we worked

Twelve months on site. A core team of four installers five days a week, flexing up to eight as the programme demanded, sequencing around the M&E and finishing trades so following works were never held up.

The reality of it

On a programme this size, issues arise daily — access, sequencing, site damage, late changes. Ours was to resolve them on site and keep the programme moving, not to stop and wait. That is most of what a good install team is actually for.
